The Point Of The Story

Nico is a young man who had just dropped out of university when he arrived in Germany, he wants to visit his aunt, Yara. But when he arrives at the airport, he loses his address and has to fend for himself - without knowing a word in German. Nico went through many situations, all of which he had to master in a language that was new to him. He took German students with him on his journey to learn German.

Synopsis

So the story begins when Nico is looking around while inside the airport, listening to a language course on headphones, with greetings in German. Suddenly a little girl came and said his bag is cool and a women named Lisa appeared and started talking to him. Nico looked around the airport and absorbed the sights and sounds. As he left the airport, he ran into the girl for playing bubbles and Lisa again. He suddenly realised that his bag had disappeared accidentally. Then the girl and her aunt Lisa returned and offered to help him. With people coming and going and saying goodbye to each other, Nico didn't know what to do.

Nico told the girl and Lisa why he came to Germany, and they give him a ride into town. In the car, the girl arranges an alphabet cookies to form her name "Lisa" and teaches Nico how to introduce himself in German. When they get stuck in traffic, Emma and Lisa practice their acquaintance with Nico. When Lisa stopped at the gas station to fill gas, Nico suddenly recognised the taxi leaving with his bag in it. At the gas station, Nico stopped a taxi which he thought had his bag in it. Lisa tried to calm the angry taxi driver and introduced herself and Nico.

At the same time, Nico opened the taxi trunk and found nothing. Lisa, Nico, and Emma are about to continue their trip when Lisa meets her friend Max. Max asks Nico who he is and where he came from. When it turns out that Nico doesn't know how to find his aunt, Max had an idea to contact the cops. Lisa called her father who was in the police officer. He said he would take Nico to the police station. Maybe Lisa's father could help Nico.

Before going to the police station, Lisa and Nico drive Emma to a children's birthday party. On the way there, Nico draws Emma with numbers, and Emma teaches Nico to count to 12 in German. When Lisa led Emma to the door, Nico was waiting in the car, listening to the radio. When someone called the radio and said her bag was missing, Nico took Lisa's cell phone and called the radio station. Lisa was exchanging phone numbers with Lotte's mom when she suddenly heard Nico on the radio. Nico tried to explain the problem to the radio presenter. Lisa ran to the car and took the phone from her hand.

After they arrived at the police station, Lisa's father asked Nico where he lived, his date of birth and his passport number. He wanted to help Nico. Since Nico still doesn't know where to find his aunt, Lisa takes him back to the apartment with him. Nico meets Lisa's roommates, Sebastian and Nina, who are hanging fairy lights in the yard. After they introduced themselves, Lisa asked if Nico could live in the apartment together for the next few days. At the apartment, Nico shows Sebastian a photo of his aunt Yara and Nina. While Nina makes everyone drink, they all try to find out how Nico found his aunt.

Then Lisa's roomate, Sebastian went to see Nawin and introduced him to Nico. Since everyone was hungry, they decided to order pizza. The pizza delivery lady has arrived. Lisa paid the bill and Sebastian handed her the pizza. As the roommate sits down to eat, Nico finds out why there will be a party at the apartment that night. Nico's first morning in the shared apartment: Nico enters the kitchen half asleep and is surprised to see Lisa racing in a panic. Nina explained what was wrong, Nico can learn words for several objects. The lesson is over. Nico looked around the class while Lisa called someone who had proposed to Nawin's room. The next applicant arrives. It quickly became clear that she had very particular ideas about living in a shared apartment.

Finally, they found Nico's bag, when the man carried out his bag out from taxi and the bag was left on the road. The bag was found by 2 homeless people, and they took the item in Nico's bag but they left the bag on the road. Selma, who is one of Lisa's friends accidentally found Nico's bag on the side of the road then she contacted Lisa for telling that she's found the bag. Then Nico met Selma to bring his bag in front of Yara's shop.

One day Nico returned to Yara's shop, and there was already Lisa's father and asked Tarek what happened. He tells what happened before 2 weeks Yara disappeared. Yara told him to go to Zurich but what strange is that Nico's family was not in Zurich, only in Sevilia. Then they wanted to start the Yara shop hunt, so they leave. They take a walk through town looking for an address posted by someone Sebastian knows under a photo of Yara's shop and they finally reach their goal, Nico's met his aunt, Yara   and they surprised.

Analysis/Review

Overall i like this film. Basically, this film tells that Nico is a beginner who survived in German and certainly has experienced many things about Deutsch, he learned the language, culture, and also he tried the servings too. Nico made a spectator position like himself, completely lost in a foreign country really didn't know what to do, he lost his bag, he lost his passport, he lost his aunt's address. He survived even though he doesn't speak German very well.

This film is kinda fun but also has many meanings to learn, it seems to teach and give an idea of how to live in Germany as a beginner, as well as getting to know the cultural cultures that exist in Germany. After seeing the storyline and how the actors act, it is not boring even though the duration is quite long, which is one hour but it doesn't matter because it is the duration of the film in general. This can be a fun German learning medium, by seeing direct interactions and also training our abilities, especially "hรถrverstehen" and "sprechen". So, i rated this film.. 9/10 ! that's a pretty big number.

I think, that's all for the synopsis and analysis about "Nico's Weg" film. Also i hope this useful for all of us. Thank you so much for all of your time and attention to read this blog, have a great day! ❤️
